Applicability

These Guidelines apply to any content created, uploaded, posted, shared or transmitted on the Platform (“Content”), including team names, profiles, chat, comments, referrals and other engagement.

Action we may take

For violations we may remove content, disable features, suspend or terminate accounts, forfeit benefits, and notify law enforcement where there is a genuine risk of harm. Actions are at Our sole discretion.

Content we prohibit

Flooding chats with scam links or crypto spam

4. Illegal gambling content

Do not promote betting or illegal online money gaming. RS9 is skill-based fantasy sports only.

5. Intellectual property

No unlicensed match broadcasts, logos, music or another user’s branding/content.

6. Inappropriate content

Sexually explicit, exploitative or minor-related content is strictly prohibited. Zero tolerance for harm to minors.

1. Eligibility

18+ and capable of a binding contract under applicable law.
Not prohibited from fantasy sports in your state/country of residence.
You are responsible for lawful use in your jurisdiction.

2. Account registration

Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for credentials and all account activity.
One personal account per person unless we allow otherwise. No sharing.
We may suspend incomplete, fake, duplicate or abusive accounts.

3. Nature of the service

RS9 offers skill-based fantasy sports. Users create virtual teams of real athletes and earn points from real-world performance. Outcomes depend on skill and judgement. Where paid features apply there may be financial risk — play responsibly.

4. Contests & gameplay

In-app contest rules, scoring and prizes form part of these Terms.
Teams must be submitted before the deadline; incomplete teams are not accepted.
We may cancel or modify contests (abandonment, tech issues, force majeure) and settle fairly as described in-app.
Bots, multi-accounting, collusion or unfair means are prohibited and may lead to bans and forfeiture.

5. Free play & rewards

Many contests are free. Rewards/bonuses follow contest rules and may need identity verification. We may withhold benefits if we reasonably suspect fraud or Terms violations.

6. Intellectual property

Platform trademarks, software, design and content are owned by or licensed to RS9. Do not copy, reverse engineer or infringe third-party rights in team names or user content.

7–8. Conduct & third parties

Comply with Community Guidelines. Do not harass, spam, infringe or attack Platform security. Third-party links (social, downloads) are governed by their own policies.

9–11. Disclaimers, liability & indemnity

Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect damages. Aggregate liability is capped at amounts paid to us in the prior 3 months (if any) or INR 1,000, whichever is higher. You indemnify RS9 against claims from your use, content or breaches.

12–13. Termination & changes

We may suspend/terminate for breach, ineligibility or legal requirement. You may stop using the Platform anytime. We may update Terms; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

14. Governing law

Laws of India apply. Try amicable resolution via Helpdesk first; then competent courts in India (subject to mandatory consumer protections).
